Join us for our Summer Men's League and/or Co-ed League.

We believe Ultimate is the best sport in the world. ALL experience levels are welcome. We fully expect some to have never played before and some to have many years experience.

Mondays  MEN'S League 6-8pm:

• Individual Registration: $75

  • 7 Mondays of Ultimate + 2 tournaments. Register by July 1 and get a free shirt! 

• Whole Team Registration: $600 

  • ​10 or more players

  • 7 Mondays of Ultimate + 2 tournaments. Everyone gets a shirt!​

Wednesday  CO-ED League 6-8pm

• Individual Registration: $75

BOTH Men's League and Co-ed League:

• Mon Men's League + Wed Co-ed League $125

Ultimate Frisbee is SO fun. Whether you are just looking to make friends, get some good exercise, or learn something new - this is the league for you! In Grand Rapids, there are 4th-8th grade leagues, high school teams, adult teams and a pro team. 

​

What to expect: Show up at 5:45pm. Meet a bunch of future friends who want to play Ultimate Frisbee! No experience required. We will teach you! Each week will include a short "clinic" at the beginning that will focus on a different aspect of the game. 

​

Sign up as an individual. With friend or a few. Or bring a whole team.

​

Can't make it a week? Can't make it to a tournament? That's ok! Join us anyways. We expect (sadly) everyone to miss a week or two.

  • WEEK 1 of league: Meet your team and play Ultimate! 

  • Free Men's Pickup + ​Free Women's Pickup for anyone who hasn't played Ultimate with us. Try out Ultimate.

  • Week 1 of CO-ED League

• Saturday July 25th

  • Beach Ultimate Tournament 9:30-12:30pm

  • Ultimate, but on the beach! Beach Ultimate is SO fun. Everyone can lay out. The water is right next to us to go swimming in between games.  Amazing.

  • Location: Holland State Park 2215 Ottawa Beach Rd, Holland, MI 49424

• MON August 24 + WED August 27

  • Last week of league. ​

  • It's the closest date until Fall league starts!!
