A disc. Two end zones.
A whole lot of possibility.

Pass to your teammates and catch the disc in the other team’s end zone to score. Everyone helps move the disc—and everyone plays defense.

01 / PASS & MOVE

Throw. Run. Get open.

Stop running when you catch the disc. Pivot and pass in any direction while teammates move to get open.

02 / CHANGE POSSESSION

Every pass matters.

An incomplete, intercepted, or out-of-bounds pass gives the other team possession. Switch quickly from offense to defense.

03 / PLAY WITH RESPECT

Compete with spirit.

Ultimate is a non-contact sport. Players make calls, listen to each other, and resolve disagreements with honesty and respect.

Our coaches teach throws, movement, teamwork, and game awareness. New players learn by doing, with support along the way.

Financial assistance

A few good questions.

Do I need experience?

No. Local programs welcome new players, and our coaches teach the basics. Travel programs use tryouts and may have different expectations.

What should I bring?

Wear athletic clothes and bring a water bottle. Cleats are useful on grass and turf; check your program page for the venue and gear details.

Is Ultimate a contact sport?

No. Contact is against the rules, and we teach safe positioning, awareness, and respect for opponents.

What if I don’t know which team to join?
